I have always loved writing. In college, I discovered I also liked technology, so I double-majored in Journalism and Computer Science, with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence. (AI in the 1980s!) I have spent my career in the tech industry and occasionally write articles for trade magazines.

In 2018, my local library sponsored a novella contest to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. I submitted a story about AI and won first place. From there, fiction writing became my number one hobby.

My first full length novel, A Thousand Paper Cuts, will be released in October, 2026.
